A typical week for me revolves around the pool. Most mornings I'm in the water by six, and we do about five kilometres before school — usually a warm-up, a main set of intervals, and a cool-down. Three afternoons a week I'm back for technique work or dryland — that's strength training on land. By Friday evening I'm absolutely shattered, but Saturday races make it all worth it.
